Gomez PERSONAL TRAINING In Epsom

We focus on your weaknesses, not all these tools are needed for your success for personal trainer in Epsom however they are available if I feel your journey would benefit from it by a personal trainer in Epsom. Your Initial session will include a R (raise heart rate) A (activate muscles used) M (mobilize joints) P (potentiate to increase muscle to mind contraction. You will given a workout plan based after your initial session for personal trainer in Epsom, the initial session is there to help me develop a plan that is tailored for your needs for personal training.

You will then need to screen record the next three days of MyFitPal and send through to me every day for the first three days. You will be given advice daily, weekly or monthly to change your diet based on your goals set by you and your personal trainer in Epsom. 

Based on your questionnaire, your personal trainer in Epsom will design you a tailored supplement protocol which will have to be followed alongside your workout plan and nutrition plan.

Transformation pictures will need to be done if you are working for fat loss, muscle building or other aesthetic goals. Weigh in and measurements are optional however it’s recommended by your personal trainer in Epsom.

If you’re working with me strength and conditioning, you will need to do strength and fitness testing regularly with your personal trainer in Epsom. 

The initial session will be paid as an individual session, you will then need to make payment in blocks to secure your session times that you have booked.

All information will be stored in WhatsApp. Sessions will be signed off using what’s app by your personal trainer in Epsom, all other information including photos, training log, nutrition screen records. All to do list will be stored using WhatsApp, you will be given a list of things to complete every week.
