Weight loss is aimed specifically for people who compete in weight categories, this is completely different to just a normal transformation, when doing a transformation you don’t worry to much on weight, if you’re a boxer or a weight lifter then you will have to focus on making the weight for the category that you are in then this will be part of the process for the entry requirements you signed for your competition.

Developing an all round athlete healthy body, working in areas such as Epsom & Ewell, Kingston, Wimbledon, Guildford Personal Training, you learn on the job with a variety of clients that weight; most of the time is an issue and concern for clients. Weighing yourself can become addictive if you are not competing, so sculpting goes with weight loss as focusing on shaping your body as you drop weight brings concurrent a more focused and positive approach to training achieving faster results.

Weight loss can be a struggle if your not planning and preparing your meals. It comes down to setting weekly targets, consistent training and planned macros/calories. Your body is more complex than a machine so it’s not just about calories in/out its also about making sure you maintain as much muscle mass as possible with the right macronutrients. (Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate). 

It can be hard to find and dig through so much information that leads to not understanding what is the best way or the best way to begin your journey. Let me make it easy for you, the first part of any transformation is making sure you are healthy, this means making sure processes work how there meant to in your body (mitochondrial respiration). 

How do we do this?

Basic full questionnaire on Pancreas function, Thyroid function, Adrenal function, Liver function, Intestinal health, stomach acid, Immune function and any environmental potential  impacts that can change molecular processes in the body. 2. You receive a nutritional macronutrient breakdown and workout plan tailored for your goals.

3. Weekly updates are key for success, so Front, Side and Back picture check ins, every Friday there will be a weekly check in via Whatsapp/Email. Workouts change based on results/performance. 

4. Once completed, you walk away with not only a successful transformation but an understanding to why you did what you did and GOALS to keep you motivated based on your performance under my guidance.
