Personal training And nutrition, How often do you think both go hand in hand, do you run both concurrent with each other to optimize results.

If you have a personal trainer who is not delegating to a nutritionist of advising on your nutrition, you’re probably not optimizing results!

The focus should be on Personal Training and Nutrition, not just on Personal Training or just on Nutrition – the focus should be concurrent with each other, both working together to maximize results.
