Why do Strength and Conditioning?
New scientific studies have shown clear results of improved performance to a certain sect or individual in various different attributes of physiological benefits to improve the athletes performance.
Studies that have improved strength and conditioning with observational factual knowledge which was trialled and tested and even still now is trialled and testing by myself. Its great to have a plan but when the plan can’t be implemented due to an obstruction in limited time, injuries. Etc, we then have to take an iterative method which means breaking the loop and reacting with a problem solve to keep us continuing to press forward onto our final goal. Its best to have a plan, but when the plan (be proactive) but when the plan no longer works its best to take initiative (be reactive).
I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach with several different athletes from athletics, combat, eventers, and golfers. I know that the same principle applies for any athlete when you begin the process you must follow simple rules that allows room for more growth.
